Feelingstream is a startup company helping large service providers to improve customer experience, discover sales opportunities and reduce churn by analysing conversations and feelings in real-time. By 2023 we are serving a hundred customer centres in the Nordics and the Baltics.
We transform customer conversations into success. We apply speech-to-text and NLP based algorithms to capture essential signals from the conversations.
We are looking for:
Customer on-boarding manager for Finnish market
Your role will be to help customers to use analytical platform about their customer conversations. The onboarding process is a limited period with the customer’s team. Within the onboarding process, you look closer to customer’s data and make business proposals. Also, with your power of data analytics, the customer can get the maximum value out of the machine learning models and visualisation of Feelingstream platform.
- Being active during the on-boarding process, creating relationship with customers;
- Build up preliminary visualisations with data analysed within the Feelingstream platform;
- Report new findings, getting out insights and data driven storytelling;
- All administrative work related to on-boarding process
Your skill set should include:
- Excellent Finnish language skills (Swedish language is a great benefit);
- Ability to lead without formal authority;
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience making data-driven decisions;
- Project management experience is a great benefit.
