B2B Marketing manager

Tallinn, Estonia

As our Marketing manager, you’ll lead the development and execution of a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy, that aligns with the company’s general goals. 

You will work closely with our team and other stakeholders to align marketing efforts and support them with the necessary tools and materials to win and retain customers effectively.

Starting date: ASAP 

Key responsibilities:

  • Create and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy aligned with the company’s overall objectives, including lead generation, brand awareness, and customer retention.

  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, social media advertising, to drive website traffic, conversions, and ROI.

  • Analyse marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to guide decision-making and optimise marketing initiatives.

  • Effectively manage the marketing budget, allocating resources to various campaigns and ensuring cost-effective strategies are in place.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, staying informed about industry trends and customer preferences.

  • Work closely with the sales and CSM team to align marketing efforts and provide them with the necessary tools and materials to close deals and retain customers effectively.

  • Maintain and enhance the company’s B2B brand image and reputation, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials and touch-points.

  • Lead and mentor our marketing specialists, providing guidance, support, and direction in executing marketing campaigns and projects.

  • Keeping up with new ways of marketing and selling, as well as new technology and artificial intelligence.

  • Help us test and improve our product.

Your skillset should include:

  • Higher education in marketing, economics or financial management.

  • Previous experience in B2B marketing and sales.

  • The ability to think strategically and develop long-term marketing plans aligned with the company’s goals.

  • Experience in budget management, including allocation of resources and tracking expenses to maximise ROI.

  • The ability to complete daily responsibilities and tasks in English.

  • Experience in a leadership or managerial role within a marketing team.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics, assess marketing campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Familiarity with marketing technology tools and software, such as marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.

  • Effective project management skills to handle multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges and find innovative solutions in the B2B marketing landscape.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as you will need to create and present marketing plans, reports, and strategies to our and external stakeholders.
