Feelingstream is looking for an: 

Information security manager (CISO)

Tallinn, Estonia

As our CISO, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing a comprehensive information security program that meets the requirements of the ISO 27001 standard. You will work closely with our team and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks and to ensure that our systems, policies, and procedures align with best practices for information security. 

Starting Date: ASAP

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and developing an information security management system (ISMS) that meets the requirements of ISO 27001.
  • Leading the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to information security 
  • Conducting risk assessments and developing strategies to mitigate identified risks.
  • Ensuring that our systems and infrastructure are secure and compliant with information security requirements.
  • Developing and delivering training and awareness programs to promote information security best practices throughout the organisation.
  • Managing security incidents and coordinating responses to security breaches.
  • Staying up to date with the latest trends and developments in information security and recommending changes to our security program as necessary.

  • Being an owner of the ISO 27001 certification.

  • Leading the preparation of external annual ESG reports and responses to ESG information requests from external stakeholders such as rating agencies, investors, and rankings, among others.

Your skillset should include:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.

  • At least basic knowledge of security technologies and solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, encryption, and vulnerability management tools.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their goals.

  • Experience with ISO 27001 and other information security frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS, etc.) is desirable.
