We are looking for a technical support specialist to help us with supporting large enterprises with technical end-user support tasks for internal It services and external client’s requests.

Key responsibilities:

  • Working closely with our Account Manager, Onboarding Manager, Customer Success Manager, Product owners, Development teams, and other stakeholders  
  • Keep track of technical configurations of the multiple installations 
  • Quickly and proactively manage applications and infrastructure tasks and rising issues 
  • Act as the interface between Business, Development, and Operations 

Your skillset should include:

  • Experience in systems administration and technical support. Linux, Windows, applications management, monitoring. 
  • An organized, results-oriented, creative, and change-driving state of mind 
  • You are precise and accurate. You are willing to document, manage Jira tickets and use human language for communication with end-users. 
  • You are fluent in English 
  • It you speak any Scandinavian language (Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish), it will be plus.
