Feelingstream is looking for an: 

Information security manager (CISO)

Tallinn, Estonia

As our CISO, you will lead the development and continuous improvement of a comprehensive information security program aligned with the ISO/IEC 27001 standard. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify risks, implement effective controls, and ensure our systems, policies, and processes reflect best practices in information security and data protection.

This role can be fulfilled either as a permanent position or as a contracted service provider. We expect the workload to be flexible based on current needs and priorities. 

Starting date: ASAP

Key responsibilities:

  • Own and develop the company’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) in line with ISO/IEC 27001
  • Map and coordinate information security roles and responsibilities across the organization
  • Draft, implement, and periodically review security policies, and guidelines
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
  • Maintain and test business continuity and disaster recovery plans
  • Lead the incident response process, including evidence collection, root cause analysis, and stakeholder interviews
  • Manage and coordinate internal and external audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing
  • Oversee security in new projects by ensuring risk analysis and control integration from the planning stage
  • Coordinate security awareness training and ensure continuous improvement
  • Lead the preparation of external ESG reports and respond to requests from investors
  • Stay current with trends, threats, and best practices in information security through continuous professional development

Your skillset should include:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
  • Foundational to intermediate knowledge of security technologies and practices, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), encryption, and vulnerability management tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to guide teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with ISO/IEC 27001 and/or other information security frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS) is preferred
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, CISSP, CISM) are a plus
