Tiina brings a dose of sunshine and vast experience from a variety of roles in customer service, including several operational and coordinating roles in customer contact centers offering services in different languages.

Anette has years of experience in support in various positions and levels, which has given her the know-how of customer support quality both in theory and practice, as well as great project managing skills.
