B2B marketing specialist

Tallinn, Estonia

As our Marketing specialist, you will be in charge of generating and distributing great content in a variety of formats and channels to educate and excite our new and existing customers.

You will work closely with our team and other stakeholders to educate our customers about our brand and decide on the best approaches to execute various marketing projects to maximise their effectiveness.

Starting date: ASAP 

Key responsibilities:

  • Together with the marketing manager, plan, create, and implement a marketing strategy that supports the company’s overall goals.

  • Keeping up with new ways of marketing and selling, as well as new technology and artificial intelligence.

  • Create, implement, and monitor marketing activities such as email, social media, digital campaigns, and events.

  • Handle our website by creating and updating content, as well as working to improve our marketing automation.
  • Develop and use SEO strategies to increase organic website traffic and search engine rankings.

  • Analyse and report on the success and effectiveness of the marketing initiatives.

  • Research the market and look at trends to find new marketing possibilities.

  • Write, revise, and edit creative and technical material for a range of media.

  • Work closely with the team to create and develop marketing initiatives.

  • Help us test and improve our product.

  • For various marketing projects, collaborate with outside agencies and vendors.

Your skillset should include:

  • Applied, vocational, or higher education in marketing.

  • The ability to complete daily responsibilities and tasks in English.

  • Knowledge of content marketing, marketing automation and social media.

  • Previous experience in a similar role.

  • Proactive attitude, ownership, and leadership.

  • A self-starter, you’ll be able to take the initiative and work independently on various tasks.

  • Well-organized and capable of planning and managing projects from start to finish.

  • Excellent communication skills.
