We apply Speech-to-Text and NLP based algorithms to capture important signals from customer conversations. Feelingstream has developed its own speech-to-text models for regional languages such as Estonian, Russian, Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, English for transcribing phone calls.
Our goal is to help the customer service agents and product managers to improve efficiency and customer experience in telecom, banking, logistics, government sectors. You will be working together with data scientists implementing the solutions into the web-based product platform. You will get the opportunity to enhance your skills in building AI solutions.
Your role will be to handle the development of the Feelingstream product platform from the idea generation to final delivery.
